Tre,

The storm was an eye-opener for me. Florida hadn’t been hit in more that 10 years, so I’d gotten more than a bit complacent. Thank God my wife, who has a habit of thinking ahead, filled our emergency food shelf before she left town to visit our son. I never had to leave the house to get supplies— not once. Oh, how I love that “be-prepared-for-anything” woman.
