When it’s time to go . . .

Butterfly,
Take my
Caterpillar dreams,
And give them wings.

Firefly,
Light up my
Darkened corridor,
And make it glow.

Dragonfly,
Drag my
Twice-weary soul
To Heaven’s Door.

Housefly,
Buzz by
My empty home,
Once more . . .
