If you know a graphic artist with animation skills, “Silence & the Sufferer” could be easily transformed into an edgy, minimalist, mini-movie. If it were me, I’d use sketchy black & white illustrations with splotchy shadowy effects — as I’ve tried to indicate with this quick-mix, patch-work of found art.
